This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our various services, including domain registration, hosting services, email hosting, application development, and consultancy services.


Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within the specified refund period for each service.
- Services must be canceled prior to the request for a refund.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Fees for domain registration, domain transfer, and domain renewal are non-refundable.
- Custom development projects and consultancy services are non-refundable once the project has commenced or services have been rendered.
- Any additional costs incurred due to third-party services or software are non-refundable.
Service-Specific Refund Policies

Domain Services
Domain Registration and Transfer: Fees for domain registration and transfer are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or transferred, the process cannot be reversed, and the fee cannot be refunded.
Domain Renewals: Domain renewal fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for canceling the renewal before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue with the domain.

Hosting Services
Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Server Hosting:
- Full refunds are available if the service is canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period.
- Upgrades and additional services added to the hosting plan are non-refundable.

Email Hosting
- Full refunds are available if the service is canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Full refunds are available if the service is canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Development Services
Web and Mobile Application Development:
- A full refund is available if the project is canceled before any work has commenced.
- A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued once the project has been completed and delivered to the client.

Consultancy Services
Linux and Kubernetes Consultancy:
- A full refund is available if the service is canceled before any consultancy work has commenced.
- No refunds will be issued once consultancy work has begun.

Business Applications (ERP, CRM, HRM, POS)
Subscription-Based Services:
- Full refunds are available if the service is canceled within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period.

One-Time Purchase Licenses
Refunds are not available for one-time purchase licenses once the software has been delivered and activated.
